Since joining us back in 2018, Marc has excelled time and time again in his previous positions, growing our marketing department to what it is today whilst managing multi-national large-scale campaigns with a consistent success rate and quality of work.

To celebrate the occasion, we thought it would be good to (virtually) sit down and reflect on her first year at UNBXD.
Now you have been here for a year, tell us about your role:
I started at UNBXD as a Digital Marketing Assistant and was quickly promoted to a Digital Marketing Manager position. Since we work with many clients from different sectors, who typically have unique digital marketing needs, my days are never the same. I’m responsible for Digital Marketing strategy development and its execution from start to finish. I plan and manage organic and paid social media campaigns, build email newsletters and automations, create social media visuals, build and manage social media content and write blog posts, among many other tasks.

Lisa initially joined us as a Graphic Design Intern 3 months ago and has worked with us over the summer break. During that time, Lisa has worked on a variety of projects and has demonstrated her abilities as a talented graphic designer with lots of potential.
Lisa is now entering her final year at university. It gives us great pleasure to be able to offer Lisa a permanent position as a Junior Graphic Designer on a part-time basis, moving across to full-time post-graduation. Congratulations Lisa on the well earned promotion and good luck with your final year!
Marc has grown from strength to strength and has constantly exceeded the expectations of his role as a Digital Marketing Assistant. The hard work and dedication he puts into everything he is involved in is second to none. In Marc’s new role as Digital Marketing Executive he’ll be leading larger client portfolios and taking on more responsibility for the delivery and drive of results.
Watching both Lisa and Marc develop both personally and professionally has been incredible and I can’t wait to see what else they bring to our team in the future.

Last night our design team were invited to the opening night of Cockle and Clam, a new open kitchen seafood bar and grill offering sustainable and seasonal British fish in a tapas style.
UNBXD were appointed by the group to design and develop their brand identity, menus, website and marketing collateral from the ground up.
