About Charlotte’s Journey and Background

With a degree in Graphic Design and Photography from Kingston University, Charlotte's career journey has been diverse, working across digital marketing, social strategy, production, project management, art direction, copywriting, photography, and film. She's collaborated with top brands like Mulberry, H&M, Topshop, Garmin, Adidas, Salomon, and One Green Bottle, developing a sharp eye for content creation and social ad campaigns. She believes social media is more than just posts and likes—it’s about thinking, creating, researching, experimenting, and collaborating to solve problems and engage audiences meaningfully.

Beyond her role, Charlotte is a triathlete and duathlete who races semi-professionally for Team GB in her age group, with a love for the outdoors and the New Forest where she now lives. A wellness enthusiast, she also enjoys audiobooks and podcasts on health, business, and productivity, with recent favorites including “Working, Hardly Working” by Grace Beverley and “Diary of a CEO”


Her Dream Brand and Goals

When asked about her dream brand, Charlotte’s response was clear: “I’d love to manage social media for brands like Lululemon, Nike, or Deliciously Ella. I’m passionate about health, sport, and nutrition, and these brands are incredible at connecting with their communities.” As she steps into her new role, Charlotte is looking forward to expanding UNBXD’s reach, refining her skills, and bringing her unique touch to the brands she works with.
