UNBXD was appointed by Snowtrax to redesign and develop their e-commerce store and EPOS systems. The new platform was required to fully integrate with their in-store POS till systems and online CMS systems. This would update stock levels automatically and seamlessly both online and offline. With over 8,000 items in stock, this was a complex build which UNBXD was perfectly suited to assist with.
Upon receiving the brief, we delved into extensive research, examining the user flow intricacies and current issues they were facing. Our investigation delved deep into tab systems, filter mechanisms, and product UI layouts, encompassing aspects such as quantity options and button arrangements.
The solution derived from the brief and our research was to develop a platform that seamlessly integrates with online software and in-store hardware, ensuring ease of use pre and post-launch as a paramount objective. Priority was given to user-friendly navigation, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
