This Month we want to welcome Oli to our Web Design and Developer Team! We thought it would a fun to get to know him a little better!
TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF:
Hi I'm Oli, prior to joining UNBXD I ventured on several of my own startup projects (a part of my life that can only be described as a whirlwind) where I developed a wealth of experience not only in digital design but across the board. This was then followed by a few years of freelancing, burnout recovery (we all have mental health #endthestigma) and even a short stint training to be a chef, before rekindling my passion for digital. Outside of work I take on community and charity based projects, using my skills to give back.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU OUTSIDE OF WORK?
A few years back, my work would have been the majority of my identity - now I value the balance, squeezing in time for myself at every opportunity, most mornings start with yoga, its good to kick off the day fully grounded! The rest? If I’m not cooking for -my instagram feed- friends, in the garden looking after the vegetable patch or out in the countryside, there’s nothing better than being by the sea.
WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO AT UNBXD?
Focusing on the future, working with some awesome like minded and driven individuals and being constantly motivated by the strong work ethic - I’ve only been here a week, but it was clear from day one - these guys are killing it.
